While we strive for 100% on-time delivery, Sivisnap is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or postal service strikes. The final delivery is the responsibility of the shipping company once the package leaves our facility.
6. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any re-shipping costs due to an address error will be the responsibility of the customer.
